Juan Manuel Marquez vs Timothy Bradley

Juan Manuel Marquez says he's got a fight with Timothy Bradley set for September 14 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. Marquez has previously stated that he is not interested in a fifth fight with Manny Pacquiao which seemed to leave him with few options. From what Marquez said in today’s interview the number is two, Mike Alvarado or Timothy Bradley. Marquez won his last match with flying colors as he surprised the whole boxing world with his 6th round knockout against Manny Pacquaio.

Bradley has won his last match against Ruslan Provodnikov via unanimous decision. The Bradley vs Marquez Tickets are available for purchase now at the Thomas and Mack ticketing booths and other outlets near the event place. You may also book tickets as easy through trusted and reliable ticketing site in the web.

“I had a meeting, I spoke with my family. The decision was made because I still feel good. I feel capable and I can probably do two or three more fights,” Marquez told ESPN Deportes Radio.

Marquez says he was given two return options – Bradley or WBO interim-junior welterweight champion Mike Alvarado. He selected Bradley.

“They discussed two opponents for September 14: Mike Alvarado and Timothy Bradley. I like challenges, Bradley would be a difficult fight for me. Apart from being world champion it would be a challenge to fight him and win another big challenge title in a fifth division, which for me is something that fills me with pride to have the opportunity to try,” he said.

This move by Marquez would leave Manny Pacquiao with the likely face Alvarado on a date in October in Macau.
